hi! these are my essentials……
1: Scanpan knife set
2: Kitchenaid (that i cired for and begged my huby for)
3: food processor (need a new one)
4: Slow cooker (i used this 2-3 times a week, more in winter)
5: Chopping boards (i have 2 big ones and 2 small ones)
6: juilenne peeler (love it!)
7: palette knife (to mix muffins, mud cakes, etc)
8: measuring cups (have 2 sets)
9: piping bags!
10: all my cook books/magazines!! (way too many)
